That’s quite the job description, and there’s no delegating. You’re the boss.

You get out of bed every day and take care of business.

You advocate for you. Only you can hear what’s going on in your head and heart, and you take the time to listen.

You build a strong foundation of self-acceptance. When there’s a crack in the foundation, you take the time to make repairs.

You love yourself when it’s easy and especially when it’s hard. You know that love begets love, so you throw it around like confetti.
